They found out that blue light could change the circadian rhythm of algae, and this was later found out to be true with humans as well.
Our understanding about blue light has increased and I have summarized what the literature shows to date.
Blue light is quite powerful and has the power to reset/disrupt our circadian rhythms, but if used and timed properly it may mitigate diseases like diabetes, obesity, depression, anxiety, bulimia, schizophrenia, dementia, and Parkinson's Disease.
