About this evidence tier
This is a provisional editorial rating for the general practice, not proof that it treats a condition. Research citations will be attached after source-level review. Use the safety notes and judge the practice by your own tracked response.
Coherent breathing aims for about five to six breaths per minute, a rate at which heart rate variability peaks. Practiced for ten to twenty minutes, it builds a resilient, flexible autonomic tone.
