No pills are going to make you sustainably smarter. You need to train your mind and become educated. That is one of the main principles I've incorporated into starting this website.

Something that I never did when I was younger was read. I always played video games or hung outside. When summer reading came along I would do anything to avoid reading. And finally when I was "forced" to read, I just sat there staring at pages. 

Now a lot of this had to do with my mindset, and another part of it was that I was eating too much crap in my diet, had an abundance of genetic disorders I didn't account for, as well as nutritional deficiencies and a myriad of health problems.

Finally, when I worked on those problems, a lot of my brain fog disappeared and reading made sense. It didn't feel as if I wasn't reading a foreign language anymore. Now I'm an avid reader/listener (approx 50 non-fiction books per year, not including podcasts and seminars and fiction books).

I've compiled a list of books that helped me expand my brain, body, intelligence, charisma, communication, and spirit. This list has also helped me rework my whole approach to life in dedicating myself to helping myself and other achieve their maximum potential.

I recommend buying the Kindle version (on iPhone or Android) along with the Audible narration. This allows you to simultaneously use two senses (visual and auditory) to engage yourself and integrate the material into your mind.
