Refund requests made within 7 days of initial purchase will be honored in full. After the 7-day period, no refunds will be issued for the current billing period. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. All payments are processed through Stripe, a third-party payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. FAILED PAYMENTS: If a recurring payment fails, we may attempt to charge your payment method again. After repeated failures, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded. MyBioHack offers health coaching and consulting services provided by Jacob Gordon (INHC, FMT-C). NATURE OF SERVICES: Consulting sessions provide educational guidance and coaching, NOT medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Jacob Gordon is a certified health coach, not a licensed medical doctor. Ideas discussed during consultations should be brought to your physician before implementation. SCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION: Sessions are scheduled through our booking system. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. Missed sessions ("no-shows") are non-refundable and rescheduling may require an additional charge. REFUND POLICY: Consulting sessions are non-refundable as they require dedicated preparation and scheduled time. If Jacob determines that a client is not a good fit for coaching services, the session may be cancelled at his discretion with a full refund. DATA USAGE: During consultations, your health data may be processed through MyBioHack's tools and/or third-party tools to provide informed guidance. By booking a session, you consent to this data processing. TIME OVERAGES: We reserve the right to charge reasonable fees if a session runs significantly over the scheduled duration.

Lab tests and health testing kits available through MyBioHack are fulfilled by third-party partners including Vibrant Wellness. Tests are shipped directly from the fulfillment partner to you.
