What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files that websites store on your device to remember your preferences and activity. They help us keep you signed in, power features like the SI / AI chatbot, and support the affiliate links that help fund this site.

Your choices

When you first visit MyBioHack, you'll see a consent banner at the bottom of the screen. You can choose "Essential Only" to allow only the storage required for the site to function (sign-in, security, article access, and preferences), or "Accept All" to also enable analytics and marketing cookies that support our affiliate links and help us understand site usage.

If you are logged in and allow analytics cookies, we may associate page visits, time spent on pages, and similar interaction events with your member account so admins can provide support, understand engagement, and improve the member experience.

You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below.

Rejecting optional tracking does not stop the processing needed to serve pages, secure the service, or provide features you request. It does not delete previously collected records or control independent websites you visit through external links. If your browser blocks preference storage, your choice may not persist after you leave this page.

Separately, our server counts requests for selected public sections in daily totals, including when optional tracking is off. This counter uses no browser analytics script or tracking storage and retains no visitor identifiers, individual page addresses, health topics, or browsing histories. Only daily totals by broad section are retained, for up to 30 days. Rejecting optional tracking does not restrict access to content or requested features.

California residents can also use our Your Privacy Choices page to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control signals for this browser.
