Upload a lab PDF and extract biomarkers

Turn a standard lab PDF into a set of tracked biomarkers by uploading it to the Health Hub.

When you upload a lab PDF to the Health Hub, the platform reads the document and extracts the biomarker names and values. Those values are then added to your biomarker timeline so you can track them over time.

How to upload a lab PDF

  1. Open the Health Hub and go to the Labs section.
  2. Tap or click the upload button and select your lab PDF.
  3. Wait for the extraction to complete. This usually takes a few seconds.
  4. Review the extracted values. You can correct any that were read incorrectly.
  5. Save. The values will appear in your Biomarkers view and count toward your trends.
Tip

Clearer PDFs produce better extraction. Text-based PDFs from a lab portal work better than photos of printed results. If a value is misread, you can edit it manually after extraction.

Note

Extraction uses AI to read the document. For critical values, always verify the extracted number against the original PDF before relying on it.
